Transformation through education

Transformation through education 教育转化   ༼ སློབ་གསོས་སྒྱུར་ཐབས༽ in Xinjiang is therefore restricted to political re-education of the general population, especially of Muslim minorities, mostly Uighur. Tibetans are similarly required to undergo transformation through education. In practice this consists of endless repetition of official slogans, even when back in one’s cell, enforced by fellow inmate.
